I describe my life in the art of healing as a circle. From my early childhood memories in Africa of understanding local herbal remedies, through to many years of being an employee for a major USA Pharmaceutical Company (pausing to bring up two daughters) and then studying varied natural therapies, I finally settled into Homeopathy.
Through my love of tramping and discovering what a wonderful rejuvenating place the New Zealand bush is, I discovered Maori Rongoa and thus begun my interest in both NZ herbs and Maori Homeobotanicals. A visit to the outback of Australia last year confirmed a renewed respect for native plants and in particular the Australian Bush flowers.
Nature and Healing; nothing beats this combination to bring about health in an individual on all levels. Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually.
I bring to you 20 years of practice as a homeopath, treating both humans and their pets. My qualifications include a BA (Victoria University), Certificate in Drug Pharmacology (N.Z Institute of Medical Representatives) Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Homeopathy (Wellington College of Homeopathy) Certificate in Iridology (Australasian College of Herbal Studies)
I have been working for the past 19 years at Simillimum Homeopathic Pharmacy making homeopathic remedies for the NZ and Australian Market and am a volunteer for the Kapiti Emergency Team of The NZ Red Cross.
In my consultations with you, I recognise that there are spiritual, mental, psychological and physical dimensions to healing your dis ‘ease’ and therefore embrace a holistic, tailor-made treatment approach with you.
I have clinics on a Monday and Saturday in Wellington CBD and on Thursday and Friday on the Kapiti coast and am available for phone/Zoom consultations.
